By accessing any areas of www.afterglowspraytan.com, the user acknowledges the notices, and agrees to the terms and conditions, set out below. If you do not agree with the terms, do not use the site.

Afterglow Beauty Limited owns and operates the Afterglow web site. Afterglow domain name and logo are the property of Afterglow Limited. Afterglow reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms & Conditions, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Afterglow’s express prior written consent.

Prices are valid from 1 st May 2005 and are subject to change.

When we receive an internet order you always get an e-mail from WORLDPAY confirming your order placed on our website. We try our best to process all the orders within a reasonable time frame and according to the delivery options of your choice. If however, goods cannot be mailed within a reasonable time we will e-mail you to advise you of this and, if there is to be a delay, determine if you wish to continue with the transaction or offer you the opportunity to cancel your order.

If you have received an e-mail informing you of the dispatch of goods you can be certain they are in transit, if you have not received the goods within 7 working days you should contact us immediately. 

Compensation will exclude 

1. losses that were foreseeable to both parties when the contract was made,
2. losses that were not caused by any breach on our part,
3. business losses and/or losses to non consumers.

Afterglow Beauty will have no liability (other than imposed by the unfair contract terms act 1977), for any direct injury, loss or damage whatsoever, if the cause thereof lies beyond the reasonable control of the Company. Your statutory rights are not affected by the above exclusions.

Under The Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel within seven days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “cooling off” period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within seven working days starting from the day after you take the delivery of the order.

Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the address below – we would advise that you use a recorded delivery service and an insured courier service for larger items.

We will refund you the full amount paid for the goods within 30 days of receipt of the notice of cancellation. The contact telephone number when processing returns is 0844 800 0128.
